Start the New Year with a fresh walk in nature. Whether you’ve set a New Year’s resolution to be more active or you just want to get outside, join us for a gentle stroll in the forest.
This walk is approximately 1.5hrs long, the terrain is relatively flat with a couple of small inclines. We will stick to main paths but be aware that this time of year the paths are likely to be muddy and naturally uneven in places. Sturdy footwear is a must.
We will stop a few times to look and listen for any wildlife that is about and take a moment to slow down and appreciate being in nature.
